Now, the company is operating five Wisconsin golf courses and involve in managing food and beverages for two others in the state. At present the company has 22 courses total for under management, primarily in the Midwest. Green Golf is going to help in increasing the usage at public courses and also boost the memberships at the private golf clubs.
The chief executive officer and partner at GGP, Matt McIntee about this venture said that “We are happy to extend our association in Wisconsin. The place has vital communities and courses with excellent golf experience,” said, “With golf management experience of GGP, we will bring more focus, personal touch and accountability to each property to the maximum of their potential. We have years of experience in management of courses, with the use of same professional experience we will help each. We will try to introduce some modern course management techniques to ensure that the course not only increase its viability, but also attain sustainability and profit. The plan for the overall management of courses is already on the paper, it is just that we have to act on it.”
